TACT offers various programs; the duration and intensity of which are fully customized according to client needs. Most modules are spread over 1-7 days.

Key Modules

Problem Solving Approach (PSA)

Use this process to effectively close performance gaps by getting to the true root cause and implementing effective, sustainable countermeasures. PSA gives a systematic framework for solving problems in every area of the business.

Existing Process Mapping (EPM)

An assessment tool used to visually represent all of the process steps required to complete a product or service, helping identify obstacles to flow and enabling data-based decisions on where to focus improvement.

Existing Process Improvement (EPI)

A rigorous, advanced program to drive sustainable improvements — used to eliminate waste and create work flow while maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations for delivery.

Kaizen

The mindset of continuous improvement and the belief that we can always do better. A kaizen event is a team-based continuous improvement process used whenever focused team effort is needed to drive improvement.

Standard Work

A standardized process that enables us to meet or exceed customers' quality, delivery and cost requirements — maximizing consistent, repeatable performance and minimizing waste. Working smarter, not harder.

5S

A five-step process to achieve and sustain a clean, orderly, safe and productive work space.
